Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-6 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the payment. You will receive your order within one week of dispatch.

Shipping Methods

We use Shree Maruti Courier service for shipping for most part of India. Cost and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout. For interior rural areas we use different shipping courier service. Expedited shipping options are also available. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free above INR 2500. If cart total is less than INR 2500 then shipping within India is INR 99 per kg irrespective of the number of item bought.

International Shipping

We ship to international destinations using DHL or the customer can choose their own courier options. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

Undeliverable Packages

In the case that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of the package, or failure to pick up the package from a carrier location, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and may incur a restocking fee.

Gifting

If you want the item to be gift wrapped it has additional chargers of INR 30.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate. If an address needs to be changed after the order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate address changes, but we cannot guarantee it if the order has already been processed.

Holidays

During peak seasons and holidays, order processing and shipping times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
