1️⃣ Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

• Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.



2️⃣ Returns & Exchanges

• Once the product is delivered, returns are not accepted.

• Exchanges are allowed only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.



3️⃣ Paper Products — No Returns


Due to the nature of paper-based items, returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

• Sticker books

• Flashcards

• Activity / worksheet books

• Charts, journals, or any other paper materials


This is to maintain hygiene, quality, and product safety.



4️⃣ Damaged / Wrong / Defective Products


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.


To review your request, the following is mandatory:


✔ Unboxing Video

• Start the video showing the fully packed parcel

• Show the parcel from all angles before opening

• Open the parcel on camera — the video must show:

• the outer package

• the product

• the original tags / inner packaging

• The video must be continuous (no cuts, pauses, or edits)


✔ Photos

• Clear pictures of the product and packaging from all angles.


After verification, we will provide a replacement or credit note (as applicable).

No cash refunds will be given.



5️⃣ Credit Note Policy (No Cash Refunds)

• We do not issue refunds to bank, card, wallet, or UPI.

• For approved cases, a credit note will be issued for the product value.

• The credit note can be used on future purchases on our website within 3 months


6️⃣ Important Conditions

• Products must be unused and in original packaging for claims to be reviewed.

• Items without original tags/packaging will not be accepted.

• Customized, sale, or clearance products are not eligible for exchange or return
